An acute sense of loss (but still a tiny bit nuts)

My new poem about grief

My Aunt Mary (my Mom’s twin sister) recently told me: “You have to be a tiny bit nuts to enjoy life.”

Reminded me of...

Charles Bukowski sez: “Some people never go crazy. What truly horrible lives they must live.”

Here’s to being just crazy enough to recognize and appreciate the joy amidst the madness…
