In other news:
This story about rats “running wild” at a Greenwich Village KFC-Taco Bell is a classic example of what I like to call The Matador Syndrome™. You know, the red cape as distraction...and all that.
While I can certainly understand why anyone might be uncomfortable with the potential health hazards described in the article, as usual the real issues are being ignored. Where’s the long overdue outrage over what KFC-Taco Bell stands for? (e.g. factory farming, animal cruelty, environmental degradation, low wages, a holocaust of preventable diseases)
