Coming soon: National Expendable Recipe Day (NERD)

We’ve talked about it...now it’s time to make NERD a reality. How does Tuesday, March 14 sound for posting your favorite recipe in the comments section? By way of compromise, the Cat Lady and I—as resident vegans—will refrain from posting anything that includes the much maligned tofu while everyone else is asked to exclude animal flesh (meat, chicken, fish, etc.). We’ll just have to agree to disagree on dairy and eggs. Fair enough?
Do we have a deal?
