10 Reasons Why Cars Suck

  1. Put some of the $200 mil a day spent on road maintenance to work creating a light-rail system for the existing sprawl, I say.

    I hated living in apartments, so I don’t like a higher-density-living option.  I don’t like people enough to want to hear them living their lives in close proximity to mine.  I haven’t added to the world’s population problem, since my only child died before he could read still less reproduce, so I feel a certain unwarranted smugness and entitlement in my sprawl-based suburban home ownership.
