  2. It’s 9/11. Do you know where your empire is? Here’s to all those gettin’ on their gang colors today; blue, white, and drippy crimson.

And yeah, the official 9/11 story is shyte, but word to the truthers: the owners and rulers don’t care if you know what they’re up to. Getting ready to do something about it, on the other hand…

For the next patriotism-building stunt, why not fly Dick Cheney into something. Or vice versa.

More sun in MA today & taking it with a big smile.

  3. Hello Joe and Zen. Exactly: why would anyone in power care if we know what they’re doing? Not a single one of us has demonstrated .1% of the balls or vision to do anything about it.

  4. Hi Mickey and Zen. Not being able to confront those bastards is the most frustrating of feelings.

I saw a play Friday evening about Rachel Corrie. It was done well. The discussion afterwards revealed the same frustrations; how can anything be done within a reasonable time frame. How can people be helped to understand before the solar system is bombed to dust?

It comes back to how to perform a resurrection of the living dead? How to pull an iPod out their brains, how to help these people feel and not run from their feelings? I have no god damn idea.

  7. Hi joe, Zen, Mickey, donald, and all…

I agree - even if there was absolute proof that the US government was bombing and killing US civilians, it would not make any difference. There already is proof that the government has been doing that for years and no one cares. A couple of lawyers have filed a suit that would prohibit the government from assassinating US citizens.  The case will either be thrown out or linger many years… AND besides that, it should not matter if the person on the list to be assassinated is a US citizen or not.

  8. Just read an article about depleted uranium. Apparently the freak squad has developed a method to make this weapon worst, more potent than before and it’s being used more and more.

Can you imagine the only employment will be making depleted uranium bullets and others weapon forms. Something needs to be with the ‘nuclear waste’ such as that at the former Wiscasset nuke plant in Maine. Somewhere in Ohio has just opened another DU weapons plant.

Isn’t this freak show getting a bit insane to the tenth. There’s so much insanity, it’s difficult to focus on one specific topic of crime.

  9. OK, here we go, I want the rules changed.

When a batter hits a homerun, there’s no reason for him to circle the bases. We all know he gets homeplate. So from now on when a batter hits one over the wall, or essentially over the third baseman and into the crowd, the batter will no longer be required to run around the bases. He can save the time and energy and go back into the dugout and spit with his team members. The game will require less time and the batter won’t feel silly running around for no good reason.

I’ll keep you posted if there’s reason to question 4 balls. The batter might do better if he only gets 3 pitches. He’ll try harder, the pitcher won’t kill his elbow and shoulder, the umpire and catcher won’t need to squat as long. This is something we can toss around some time.

  10. The biggest distraction for activists in the English speaking world is Obama.

Not a day goes by when I’m not astounded how his empty rhetoric decimated anti-war movements and split progressives.

Cindy Sheehan offers a bit of respite. She just kept going, rightly noting there had been no ‘change’.

Support the troops is another one.

It did make me laugh when Newt Gingrich described Obama as having a “Kenyan, anti-colonial worldview.” Firstly, it’s hilarious to think of Obama as a radical/anti-colonial. Then, by framing it as a criticism, is Newt suggesting that the correct behavior ought to be pro-colonial/racial supremacist?

Final analysis - what difference does it make when two empire men trade insults? F*ck them both.
