Hey, didn't something important once happen on 9/11?
I haven´t seen teevee in a while, are they still playing with the Muslim conspiracy angle?
Posted by owen from barcelona on 09/11 at 08:26 AMHello all...I have a link to a book about fuckin’ Guiliani and 9/11 that may be interesting:
Also, here’s a link to an edited version of my experience on 9/11 (though many here have already read it):

Posted by JOS from Chicago on 09/11 at 10:08 AMGood morning all,
Owen they’re definitely pushing that angle, but a few more people are doubting the presented package.
Mondays are busy(captcha says “worked")...I’ll check in later after I’ve read the linked articles...just saying “HI” for now.
Posted by Amelopsis from Canada on 09/11 at 10:15 AMHello Expendables. It’s a crisp, clear beautiful September day here...much like it was 5 years ago.
I remember your 9/11 story, JOS, but it seemed more poignant when I read it today. Perhaps because of my mom’s illness.
It’s Mudge’s b’day on Thursday. How will we lure him back here in time?
Posted by Mickey Z. from Astoria on 09/11 at 11:51 AMMakes sense, Mick.
Let’s see...if we scream loud enough, maybe Mudge will hear us.
MUDGE!
Posted by JOS from Chicago on 09/11 at 12:04 PMI’m making my way...so…
Mickey, if there WERE a ‘reset button’ under your finger, would you press it, or do you think we’d all get “schooled” all over again?
Posted by Amelopsis from Canada on 09/11 at 01:18 PMEmpress: That article has made the rounds for five years and you are the first person to ask me that question...to which I must reply: I don’t know. We could always go from bad to worse, right?
Posted by Mickey Z. from Astoria on 09/11 at 01:57 PMYes Mickey, I figure if it took us 5 years to have somewhere around 60-70 % of the population agree to the simple fact that there are questions left unanswered, just think what the manipulators in the backrooms have learned about public reaction in those same 5 years, and what might they do differently after the reset button were pushed? The next time around we might not even be “ask"ing the questions at all?!
Posted by Amelopsis from Canada on 09/11 at 03:45 PMYeah, by now that “re-set” button has been rewired to deliver more of the same disguised as something new.
Captcha sez: question (as if...)
Posted by Mickey Z. from Astoria on 09/11 at 03:49 PMHelga just e-mailed me and said the comments function was off kilter so I’m posting this as a test.
Posted by Mickey Z. from Astoria on 09/11 at 05:14 PMI happily made it through this 9/11 without writing about it. Seems like it’s all been said already, and more than a few people are simply linking to what they wrote in years past. (I’m not suggesting that’s bad to do; I was also glad to see Mickey’s and JOS’s old writings.) I found
this one very interesting . . . I’m sure some of you have seen it.Posted by Keir from The Hague (Jackowski election hdqts) on 09/11 at 05:29 PMHey Keir. I think I link to that piece in my post.
Posted by Mickey Z. from Astoria on 09/11 at 05:38 PMOops. Didn’t see your link first time ‘round. I got as far as the 500 questions and then skipped to that cool video of the talking monkey.
Posted by Keir from The Hague (Jackowski election hdqts) on 09/11 at 05:46 PMIn the fwiw department, here’s what I’ve blogged about the 9-11 anniversary.
