  2. Good comments Mickey...I’m letting my blood pressure lower after just getting off the phone with some dumb white bastard in Brunswick, Maine, whose government is comprised of bored children thinking they have the capacity to make decisions for the towns people. It’s damn near impossible to have a conversation with these people..., their awareness is zero and they frighten easily = feeling threatened by anything that is slightly unfamiliar which is damn near everything.

  3. Thank you, Michael and Joe. It’s nice to hear from folks like you who “get” it.

  4. Great interview as always.  And, more importantly, you introduced to yet another person whose work I want to read, that of Frank Joseph Smecker.

  5. Thanks, Charles. Frank’s very cool. An Expendable at heart.

  6. you do all know that now there is this film the expendables we have been robbed of our inheritance?

  8. i am having a nice time listening to Fido’s 9th symphony.

  9. actually, this is one of the reasons i hate the supposedly normal left.

beethoven was one of the most furious revolutionaries who ever existed and his music reflects that.

    not enough people get that.

  10. but never underestimate the power of having a hate figure.

i suppose it is a bad thing, but then again…

  11. Some stories take a bit longer to develop, don’t they?

For example, Neptune just completed its first full orbit around the sun since its discovery in 1846.

If you want the list just for info…

    Mercury 88 days

    Venus 225 days

    Earth 365 days

    Mars 685 days

    Jupiter 12 years

    Saturn 29 years

    Uranus 84 years

    Neptune 165 years

    Pluto (minor planet) 247.8 years

    No joke.... captcha is “around”

  15. Back after a few days of ‘computer trouble’ - let’s hope things will be back to normal over the next few weeks/months ..

Hello, michael, Joe of Maine, Charles, keir and Mickey of course - from a still wet and cold Daylesford.  No more than 50F again today and not much ‘warmer’ for the next 7 days.

Now I’m going to read the interview ...
