"No learning curve necessary" (interview with Jasmin Singer)
Sugar snap peas, zucchini, summer squash, beet greens, lettuce, broccoli, carrots are all ready..., come and get them.
Oh, you must supply your own after dinner cigars.
Posted by Joe of Maine from The Window on 07/05 at 04:17 PMA big YES to it all (except the cigar).
Posted by Mickey Z. from Astoria on 07/05 at 04:18 PMThe cigar tobacco is ‘all natural’, air cured, grown without the use of pesticides or toxic fertilizers.
Take a puff and the price is right.
Posted by Joe of Maine from The Window on 07/05 at 05:12 PMIs it Fair Trade, shade grown?
Posted by Mickey Z. from Astoria on 07/06 at 08:45 AMI think Groucho always liked a good cigar. I always wanted to ask the slaves that are picking fair trade stuff that comes into the u.s. I bet that’s all shady.
Posted by Joe of Maine from The Window on 07/06 at 08:58 AMHey, I just made my self broccoli and rice. GM rice is illegal in China too.
Mmmnnnnmmnn. It was yummy. ha.
How is everyone?
Posted by Andy from Shanghai on 07/06 at 12:33 PMIt’s 100 degrees in NYC, Andy. How about where you are?
Posted by Mickey Z. from Astoria on 07/06 at 12:35 PMlol - I just sat down to check in with a bowl of broccoli and rice (plus some ginger, garlic, onions).
It COLD here in hell-A - only 60 degrees! And damp!
No vegetables on the go, but a few pots of Chinese medicinal herbs on the balcony.
