  6. Mickey- you never answered Bob’s request for live interviews. Do you have any live interviews on TV or radio? Let’s proove you are real, and not an invented personality to promtoe counterpunch. Don’t hide from the issue. Did you look up the Chris Owen novels Bob mentioned. Do you think Chris Owen is a pen name for a certain left wing editor? Isn’t the name Astoria the best name for a fictional writer to come from!! “A- storia”. Brilliant. I’ll wait for live interviews and plllllease check out the Chris Owen S & M gay novels. Interesting stuff.

  12. Frances-- I love all the Nasrudin stories.

    Here is a modern one:

    Nasrudin (during his age, there was no car) is looking for a parking place for already 20 minutes. He turns around, he waits, he drives a bit further, but finds nothing.

    He has an important business meeting and he’s gonna be late, but nothing, no parking space. Filled with despair he raises his eyes up to the sky and says :

    “My God, if you get me a parking space in five minutes, I promise to you that I’ll eat kosher (halal) food for the rest of my life...”

    And suddenly - O miracle! – right next to him a car drives away leaving an ideal parking spot.

    So Nasrudin turns his eyes to the sky and says: “God, stop searching, I found one!”
