  1. I’ll get the rest up when I get home from work around eight. However, I think my camera is better suited for a small venue like in Astoria. Live and learn.

    I’ll look up Billy and Kevin and see how their footage is coming.

  3. Maxwell I find it’s always good to do a separate audio recording when it counts. I have a little $200 device that usually does a great job, I’ve used it for recording everything from concerts to crickets. I will bring it to MZ’s talk on May 17th.

  9. That’s very true Charles, very true!

    I got home later than expected. I was listening to the rest and it is a disaster!

    Those of you that were there can probably imagine how bad the Jensen portion and Q and A are going to sound. I’m thinking of scrapping these to be honest. I know that totally sucks!

    I’m thinking of going to the May 17th. talk with a better camera. Jensen is going to be in PA June 20th. I’m thinking of organizing a little caravan there. I think I want to do a video interview with him with the purpose of asking him some questions that nobody ever asks. The point is to get some new material out of him. Anyone interested?

    It could be cool. While this recent event was certainly positive, in some ways it felt rushed and in another way it dragged on a little. The rushed part was all of us simply hanging out and getting to know each other. If we start planning this in advance (and take ownership of our plans and intentions) who knows what could come of it. Lets get creative.

    Who knows, I just like to keep pushing on!

  15. Good morning everyone. I’ve never paid any attention to the Dalai Lama or other ‘authorities’.

    He visited Harvard U. and apparently made it obvious to the group he wasn’t impressed with Harvard’s pomp and carnival act.

    To the point; he made this statement to the Harvard audience, which I like.

    “An institution like MIT should invent a bullet that misses ordinary people, but hits the decision makers.”
