  1. Well said man.  Conscientious objectors are growing in ranks although it isn’t widely reported.

    Also, I always like to see Martin King and Malcolm X in that photo too.  Not enough people realize that they were really coming together philosophically near the end of their short lives.  I believe that the mainstream artificially pits them against each other but they were really two eloquent parts of the same movement.

    Scary how relevant their thoughts are today.  I can’t believe Bush has the nerve to even speak on MLK day after snubbing the NAACP for so long and after his party has worked so hard to make it difficult for blacks to vote.
