  1. Yes, this is good news but I wonder if the trial will ever happen. If it does, I predict a “Ken Lay Defense”...The “I didn’t do it, I didn’t know about it, don’t blame me, blame somebody else defense.”

  2. I prefer to call him “Rumstead"- that’s what my very spry 96 year old grandmother likes to call him- and she hates his guts too.
