Look for the union label at Vox Pop
Sander Hicks is a smart, smart entrepreneur. It’s rare to hear tales of enlightened self-interest.
Isn’t it strangely funny, Mickey, that radicals have more Horatio Alger and business go-getting in them than the neoliberal media personalities who preach it? There’s something about walking the walk that goes a long way.
-------------------------
Anyone who has spent some time on the streets knows how to self-promote with humor, drive a good a bargain and the importance of being able to deliver when called on. The self-promotion is half the fun for all parties. Neoliberals take the joy out of commerce and make trade feel dirty. A real free market is not what they have in mind. Their promotion reflects that.
