The Endgame of an American Chess Genius
That was a really good “warts and all” look at Fischer’s life, Mickey; sympathetic without shrinking away from his flaws. So much of what gets written about famous figures focuses on the sensational. I have a better understanding of him now. Thanks.

FYI, Fischer was born in Chicago, not Brooklyn.
