June has been much better than May
I’m still around. I often drift towards the edge of the party to think about what I’ve heard. It may be kind of silly, too, but the idea of you in Texas left me a little bemused
I’m glad the Mac Guy got your router problem sorted. That had me baffled.
Posted by Harry on from 06/02 at 09:33 PMHey Mickey, I’m not a “regular” but I’m still here. Best of luck to your mom with the operation.
Posted by teddy on from Canberra, Australia 06/02 at 11:14 PMGood. On through the woods and into a speedy recovery from surgery. The good news you’ve heard so far must be helpful to your mother’s state of mind and yours; so glad to know it.

Posted by Mickey Z. on from Astoria 06/03 at 05:33 AMWe missed your (what sometimes seems to be) 24 hour/7 day a week presence here in the comments section!
I caught that post your secrets blog in the times yesterday as well, the only article I actually read most of the way through.
that 9/11 one is pretty sad…
Posted by James on from Estado Libre Associado de Puerto Rico 06/03 at 08:40 AMThanks, James. That 24 hour/7day presence goes a long way in explaining the tendonitis in my mousing hand and my need habit of increasing font sizes.
Posted by Mickey Z. on from Astoria 06/03 at 10:15 AMYou’re back! ...you’re leaving!!
Glad to hear the news that things are going fairly well. WE didn’t go anywhere, hahaTexas...I dunno. Someday I might have to go there, but it won’t be by choice. That’s awful, isn’t it? I’m sure there are a great many wonderful people there.....and I know you Mom is one of them. Best wishes. Later.
Posted by deb on from Seattle 06/03 at 11:15 PMThe funny thing is that where my parents live (The Woodlands), every supermarket has a GIANT organic, natural foods section and many of the restaurants have vegan options.

Good living only gets mocked by pundits when poor people advocate it.
