  1. I was thinking about your troll for some reason when I read this. Will he detect anti-wolf sympathies? Tacit acknowldgement that sometimes it’s okay to be eaten, but not against your will? I think Larry Flynt would agree with that, though we might be talking about different things. Is it an unsubtle pro-wolf apology and you are therefore not really a vegan? I tried to work “objectively revanchist anti-intellectualism” into this, but it made so little sense that I felt deep shame for even being able to think of it.

If this is too far off topic, I apologize, but the news today is too important to be ignored.  There is now absolute evidence that incriminates the safety systems that are supposed to be in place to protect the food supply. News reports say that The Mad Cow that was found in Texas, was born, raised, and slaughtered in the U.S. We can no longer blame Canada. (A hats off to all of the vegans out there. You were right all along.)
