Hussein and Ford = two dead criminals
Great article, Mickey and I am happy to see it on PressAction. Yep, this is the United States of Hypocrisy. We see it all around us. When we kill, we are heroes. When they kill, they are terrorists. I like the way Bill Blum says it, a terrorist is just someone with a bomb and no plane.
3000 dead soldiers in Iraq since March 20, 2003. In the usa 3000 die every 60 days because of lack of health care. Is it more dangerous to be a sick person in the usa than to be a soldier in Iraq?
My predictions for 07:
More killing
More wars
More tax dollars going to the arms dealers
More poor and homeless in the usa
More propaganda being taught in schools
More of the Press being embedded in the government
More calls for blind patriotism
More increasing profits on Wall Street

Well anyway, back down off the fantasy cloud, I wish each and all of us the best of things in this year to come. May personal goals be reached, surpassed, re-set and rejuvenated and revived from places of deep slumber. This is an extraordinary place, and may we not forget that in 2007. The people here are rare and precious in their passion and quest for the best in themselves and our world, may we not take that for granted in 2007.

MUDGE !!! Your presence here is a bright spot in 07 and already proves that I am wrong in predicting only disasters in the new year. While adrift in the Sea of Doom, there will occasionally be a bright light to shine and inspire us in our quest for the impossible. Like a lighthouse hidden in the fog of despair, it will emerge from the darkness. Just when it is needed most, it will give a brief glimmer of hope.

Barclays bank (3rd biggest in UK, with profits likely to be £7bn this year) gets a £4.2m “assistance grant” from the Scottish Govt to set up a new operation entitled Barclays Wealth. This is for its clients with savings over £500,000. I love the name you fuckers.
Funny how people aren’t foaming at the mouth about stuff like this, but go on about dole scroungers and asylum seekers and their drain on the economy.
Oh but this is different, look at the jobs these wonderful corporations bring! Aye no wonder all these companies come here when we’re handing away truckloads of money to subsidise them. They’ll just as quick leave again.
This shit happens all the time. For example another £7.6m grant was given to Michigan based company Guardian Industries to set up in Yorkshire.
Unbelievable how all these capitalist fuckers suck each other off right in our faces.

MZ, I gave up and got myself DSL for Christmas. Soon as the modem arrives, I’ll be able to listen to you on these radio thingummies I’m told my Windows Media Player has in/on it. Much as I hate Microsoft, all the porn websites only use MMP these days and one never knows when one might wish to contibute to the XXXploitation of one’s fellow man (literal use).
