i believe car tires are made with gelatin..but i could be wrong on that one.

beef and broccoli: vegan. it’s part vegetable.

I like your site, Patrick. My wife and I have considered visiting Hawaii...but the thought of being a “tourist” (especially after reading Hanauni Kay-Trask) is not appealing. How can we visit “paradise” and not #### it up like an ugly American?

Kauai is NOT Hawaii. This is the ‘Last Paradise’ in these here parts. And the new Blossoming Lotus(restaurant featured by PETA in August) opens in October.
