  1. Greetings:

The URL “http://www.subtervise.org” does not seem to resolve on the two networks I have access to.

    Peace

  2. Of related interest, everyone should read Ward Churchill’s “A Government of Laws?: U.S. Obstructions, Subversions, Violations and Refusals of International Legality Since World War II” which is available in his book, “On The Justice of Roosting Chickens”. I think I have recommended this here before but it continues to be a valuable piece of research and analysis.

Just one of Churchill’s litany of U.S. crimes follows:

“July 1, 1946: Although it is supposedly excercising only a temporary “trust” authority over the Marshall Islands, seized from Japan during World War II, pending the islanders’ realization of the genuinely self-determing status guaranteed them under Chapters XI and XII of the UN Charter, the U.S. conducts an experimental detonation of a nuclear device on Bikini Atoll rendering it uninhabitable. This is but the first of a decade-long series of such tests in the Marshalls, a process which devastates the atolls of Kwajalein and Enewetak as well as Bikini, meanwhile precipitating a wave of stillbirths, mutations, cancer and other significant maladies among the indigenous population.”

  3. Thanks, Glen.

And to the reader from Eureka (my wife and I have visited there and Arcata, btw), try the link now and let me know how it goes.

  4. The link is working now.

Thanks.  Also, found a few links after looking at some of the other URL’s and links there.  Good work!  Really liked the site devoted to turning off TV.  If I was a baby maker, the set would be housed in a strong box--lock and key!

Wonderful you have visited here.  This place is one of the most alive places in the states IMO.  Even the cats like it here. . .  smile

    Peace

  5. Mickey,
thanks for reminding your readers that the winners of World War II ‘actively recruited Nazis’ - wasn’t Wernher von Braun one of the beneficiaries?  Am German by birth, so have a certain interest in these matters.
