The future memoirs of President George W. Bush
morning/afternoon everybody (for the record USA is 5 hours behind here which is why i am often the first to post)
for the bush thing what about…
“How does the spell check work?”
or
“Better The Monkey Than The Organ Grinder”
Oh, and i was thinking, someone who doesnt get enough abuse is John Howard ( http://tinyurl.com/2vc88n ) australian PM who has been right behind bushco (TM) and the bLIAR from the word go.
so i thought i would post this too (Howard is the guy sitting down)...
Posted by michael on from scotland 04/03 at 06:33 AMCaption for Michael’s photo: “It’s good to be the king.”
Hello Expendables…
Posted by Mickey Z. on from Astoria 04/03 at 06:44 AMJohn Howard is the one with his back to the camera, Mickey. My caption would therefore be “What? Don’t politicians in all countries fellate their handlers once a week?”
As for a title for Bush’s memoirs, I humbly suggest Mother Night. Get me?
Posted by Keir on from the hague 04/03 at 07:44 AM“These Boots Were Made For Walking…
From failed business-man to Commander-in-chief in four easy step”Posted by wordsmithwannabe aka frances on from bc 04/03 at 07:55 AM“How I stopped worrying and learned to love Karl rove”
Posted by michael on from scotland 04/03 at 08:07 AMHow about
“Fucktard: The definitive biography”Posted by Edson Castilho on from Halifax, Nova Scotia 04/03 at 08:30 AM“Yoga for Convicts”
large print pictoral guide on coping with captivity“Damn These Lying Eyes”
Posted by frances on from bc 04/03 at 08:40 AMWith a nod to Gore Vidal, I think I’d call it something like The Amazing Adventure of a Cheerleader from Andover Who Became A Wartime President.
Posted by Robert B. Livingston on from San Francisco, California 04/03 at 09:12 AMSadly for the vast majority of the world, ####*Head’s memoir should be titled “How I Accomplished Everything I Told My Financial Backers I Would.”
Posted by bdaly on from Upper Saddle River 04/03 at 09:25 AMIn that case, Keir, I’ll change my caption to: It’s good to be the queen.
Love the memoir titles so far.

Posted by James on from work 04/03 at 10:59 AMHow about “Memories (ooops memoir) For Dummies!”
Mickey love the posts will donate in the very near future or maybe we can barter, something.
Ben
Posted by Ben on from Astoria 04/03 at 11:35 AMI think Edson’s got it.
Posted by JOS on from Chicago 04/03 at 11:36 AM“The Pet Goat”
“Incurious George Goes to the White House”
Posted by Dr. B on from Oklahoma, U$A 04/03 at 11:42 AMHow about “Bringing on the Apocalypse: Blending Politics and Religion to Destroy the World and Bring on Final Judgment”
Posted by Martha Rowen on from Brooklyn 04/03 at 11:43 AMToday is my day off so I’m not saying anything about an 11 year old chicken sodomizer who became leader of 300 million blind lambs and paid someone to write his memoirs that are more boring than his role in the movie Deliverance.
Posted by Joe of Maine on from 04/03 at 11:48 AM“War Criminal”
“Impeach Me”
“The Idiot”
“How To Steal Elections!”
“Mass Murderer”
Posted by Rich Griffin on from Boston, MA 04/03 at 12:15 PMGreetings, Expendables. Great offerings for the Bush biography (sic), but Edson from NS gets a gold star for provoked laughter. I can’t think of one offhand… I’ll come back to this part of the post. How about “Wisdom on Vacation: The Philosopher-King’s Guide To Babes, Beers ‘n’ Tax Cuts”?
Crunching the Numbers: HRC has raised $26m, 50% from donations less than $100. Assuming the full whack of $100, that’s only $4m - about 15% of the total. The other $22m came from donations averaging almost nine times as much ($880). With a funding scheme like that, she’s definitely ready to preserve existing class relations. Said Bush to an uber-wealthy dinner audience in Term I: “Some call you the ‘haves.’ I call you my base.” I call HRC supporters something much less printable.
Posted by Zen Prole on from Urth 04/03 at 12:57 PMIn honour of all the disabled veterans Georgie enabled: “George W. Bush, War President: For an Arm and a Legacy”
Posted by Lex on from Canaduh 04/03 at 01:26 PMMy quote for the Bush Memoirs would be, “They thought that I was stupid; but, all the while I was facilitating the largest money transfer in the history of the planet. I am the ultimate Halliburton Hero. I am also the hero of Blackwater, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, GE, and that small shop in your back yard where arming devices for torpedoes are sub-contracted.”
Posted by RMJ on from Churchill 4 Prez Hdqts 04/03 at 01:38 PMOff topic...among the 39 arrested at the Nevada Test site were 2 of my friends and also Martin Sheen. Complex 2030 makes global warming seem almost irrelevant.
Complex 2030 is the name given to the administration’s ambitious plan to rebuild and reorganize the Nuclear Weapons Complex by the year 2030, including construction of a new nuclear weapons productions facility that may be situated at the Nevada Test Site.
Posted by RMJ on from Churchill 4 Prez Hdqts 04/03 at 01:50 PMHello again, everyone. I see this little exercise has brought in some new voices and some folks I haven’t heard from in a while. Welcome, Ben and Martha. The titles are amazing but I must say that Martha’s suggestion is not only clever, it’s eerily possible.
Posted by Mickey Z. on from Astoria 04/03 at 05:06 PMwhose judgement? when?
not buying that sorry. dont allow the end of the human world to come about because some retards have an apocalypse complex
get busy
Posted by michael on from scotland 04/03 at 06:24 PMbut i know you all knew that anyway
Posted by michael on from scotland 04/03 at 06:28 PMmichael#23 you have got something there....
the raving of a lunatic rallying in as many voices as possible to drown out the rest of us.
We do need to get busy making some good noise of our own.
I have been in such a good mood all day that even chimperoos chattering bs of a memoir cant get me down, but i did come up with another possible title:
Freewheelin’ on the Highway to Hell
“look Ma, no hands”Posted by frances on from bc 04/03 at 07:16 PMIf Bret Easton Ellis wouldn’t mind sharing the title of his novel, then I think “American Psycho” might fit the bill.
