URLs just wanna have fun
On that borders coupon...I didn’t know your real name was Darlene, Mick.
Something that Chomsky says about the US...we love to go slaughter people, but only if we are sure we won’t get hit back. The more I think about it...GWB doesn’t have the balls to attack Iran.
Posted by JOS on from Chicago 04/25 at 08:59 AMThe first if many...EPA said it was safe for everyone, that order will eventually kill 10 or 100 times more people than died on 9/11:
Posted by JOS on from Chicago 04/25 at 11:13 AMRight now, in Iran:
Posted by JOS on from Chicago 04/25 at 11:21 AMgreat links today. that guy realy is one of the most humourless individuals i have ever seen...maybe he should go into politics or something..

Posted by michael on from exile 04/25 at 11:58 AMHey JOS and Michael...and anyone else lurking about. Great links.
JOS: I got that coupon here so I’m not sure about the “Darlene” factor. Maybe you need a “rewards” card...which I do not have.
Posted by Mickey Z. on from Astoria 04/25 at 01:27 PMHey everyone, thanks a lot. You really ruined my day-- I’m supposed to rewriting my resume to find a different job, but all these links are so cool and disracting, it’s hard to get anything done.
Hope you’re enjoying the sunny weather out there like I’m not able to right now, see you later, man…
Maybe I’ll take a walk out to Borders later and see if they have a copy of Rogue state.
Posted by James on from Hell's Kitchen 04/25 at 03:11 PMWow - thanks for all those links, Mickey! That will keep yours truly out of mischief for a while.
No mystery link from down under yet but a warm ‘hi’ to JOS, Michael and James. I actually visited your site yesterday, Michael, and noticed the film link. A Scottish link: new episodes of ‘Rebus’ are going to be shown on Australian TV from this Friday. And I seem to remember that there is quite some rivalry between Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Another beautiful autumn day coming up: sunshine and about 70 F.
Posted by Helga Fremlin on from Daylesford, Australia 04/25 at 03:36 PMAnd go get ‘Rogue State’, James! Great book - I read it about 3 years ago - in the run-up to the Iraq war.
Posted by Helga Fremlin on from Daylesford, Australia 04/25 at 03:38 PMHere is my ‘mystery link’: a perfect antidote to all that flag-waving and militarism on display on every 25 April down under - a speech by the Australian writer Dorothy Porter. Just click on the micro and you can listen:
