Where the (sex) toys aren't
There are stores in Atlanta that sell sex toys and some that sell almost nothing but sex toys. These are not tiny hidden away black market operations, but large centrally located stores that advertise in local papers. From time to time there will be some well-publicized raid upon one of these establishments. They are always open and operating again in weeks, if not days.

This is probably a case of laws that aren’t enforced at all.
Since the standard for obscenity is that a work has to be judged as a whole I wonder if sex toys would be protected if they are bundled with a magazine or dvd that has at least some non-sexual merit.
