Book 'em, Dano...
As the world crumbles around us, I’d say it’s the ideal time to pick a book for our Expendable Read-o-Mania I.
I nominate Fight Club by Chuck Palahniuk.
To help get everyone else into that fuzzy book-nominating mood, I’ll offer some tome-related words of wisdom...starting with the very revolutionary Mr. Marx.
So, light up...and read on:
“Outside of a dog, a book is a man’s best friend. Inside of a dog, of course, it’s too dark to read.”
(That would be Groucho, not Karl)
Sir Francis Bacon sez: “Some books are to be tasted, others to be swallowed, and some few to be chewed and digested.”
(Hey, who snuck the bacon onto a vegan blog? Mudge?)
