Bruce Lee says:
“Set patterns, incapable of adaptability, of pliability, only offer a better cage. Truth is outside of all patterns.”
I am an unabashed Bruce fan...and have 25 years of martial arts training to show for it (not to mention grade B movie credits with the likes of Billy “Tae Bo” Blanks). What’s not widely known about Lee, however, is his intellectual work...and how it relates to what I’m trying to do, e.g.:
“The more aware you become, the more you shed from day to day what you have learned so that your mind is always fresh and uncontaminated by previous conditioning.”
Bruce Lee would have been 64 today. In his honor, I quote his wife, Linda:
“Bruce knew his impact always lay in the fact that he was on the side of the little man.”
