Once upon a time...
Since I’ve moved, I’m using a new laundrymat. At best, it can be called “quaint.” I can’t be sure if anything’s been updated in 25-30 years...including the signs on the walls.
One of those signs reads:
Please empty pockets of pencils, hairpins, tools, nails, bolts, bullets, money, etc.
These articles may damage the machines and hamper their efficient operation.
Thank you!
Kudos for the slipping the word “hamper” onto a laundry-related sign...but bullets?
