They keep the "law" in Lord
In 1986, Rev. Pat Robertson founded Regent Law School in Virginia Beach, Virginia. It says this on their website: “Regent University School of Law is distinctive among law schools approved by the American Bar Association because of the integration of Christian Principles into our curriculum. It is this balance of professional legal training and the affirmation of biblical principles that enables our graduates to provide excellent legal counsel to their clients.”
(It may or may not be true that one of the law courses is called “The Devil Made Me Do It” 101.)
The recently formed Liberty Law School (an extension of Liberty University, a Christian school in Lynchburg, Virginia) has named Rev. Jerry Falwell as its chancellor.
“If our graduates wind up in the government they’ll be social and political conservatives.” Falwell said. “If they wind up as judges, they’ll be presiding under the Bible.”
Thank god I’m an atheist…
