“Her body fat is too low...”
It was a few years ago that my wife Michele felt severe discomfort on the right side of her abdomen. The pain became too much to ignore...and we ended up in the local emergency room: 17 hours of agony until they came up with a plan. Part of that plan was a CT scan...but the results were useless.
“Your wife is too thin,” they told me. “Her body fat is too low and we can’t get the contrast we need.”
Just perfect, I thought. It’s absolutely ideal that a system like this is designed to help only those who have bought into the standard American diet
Her family thought it was funny to say she needed to change her vegan eating habits. After 17 hours, neither of us was in the mood to laugh...especially Michele.
Anyone else wanna tell us a story?
