More trigger-happy New York City cops
As you probably have heard by now, the NYPD has done it again.
I grew up blue collar and have known many cops personally. I’ve had—and still have—close family members in law enforcement. I fully realize there are plenty of grey areas...but let’s face it: You give someone a uniform and a weapon (and, in some cases, virtually unconditional public support) and chances are, they will eventually abuse their power. Like this recent shooting in Atlanta.
