Question: Who wants to talk about "psychotic murdering assholes"?

My recent article about the ports controversy provoked more than a few e-mails...but here’s one I had to share with you:

You call me a racist, but you don’t get the point. I don’t hate arabs - they saved math, invented algebra, gave us the zero - but that was all before islam. Arabs aren’t any more rotten than any other humans, but they follow the most reprehensible of the obscene Abrahamic religions. Brainwashed by “our one god is the only true god” bullshit makes them think they can impose their view on eveyone (judaism, and christocrap are almost as bad). If arabs were buddhists it would be a lot different. Where are all the Tibetan suicide bombers? In all my studies of history there is no Confucian jihad, or Taoist conquerors, or Jain armies. So I conclude it is the religion and not the ethnicity or culture of a people that makes them psychotic murdering assholes.

In response, I sent him a link about the behavior of some Tibetans...which merely provoked this reply:

uh, none of this has any bearing on my argument. don’t bother answering, this is my first attempt at talking over this infernal machine, and it will be the last. No decent debate comes off the screen, this whole domain is just people yelling at each other. goodbye
