None of these will prevent the U.S. from bombing Iran:

Marches, candlelight vigils, voting Democrat, radical websites, protests, prayers, petitions, message t-shirts, joining the local food co-op, rallies, letters to Congress, meditation, scholarly articles filled with six-syllable words, recycling your paper and plastic, demonstrations, radical radio, hunger strikes, voting for the Green Party, chanting, getting your PhD, radical publications, clever bumper stickers, going vegan, voting, cynical lists like this.

(Some liberal reaction to this list here)

New York Times Quotation of the Day:

“Since my husband has been gone, I have potty-trained two kids, my oldest started preschool, a kid learned to walk and talk, plus the baby is not sleeping that well. I am very burnt out.”
—Lori Jorgenson, whose husband is in Iraq with the Minnesota National Guard

(No mention of how Iraqi wives are “dealing with” the war)
