The Audacity of Hope

Margaret Thatcher sez: “A world without nuclear weapons would be less stable and more dangerous for all of us.”

Nancy Reagan sez: “I believe that people would be alive today if there were a death penalty.”

Mickey Z. sez: “Uh...is this a test?”

Event Alert:

The folks at BuzzerThirty have asked me to participate in a reading at Waltz-Astoria Café on:

Thursday, September 11
(Starting time to be announced)

Also scheduled to appear:
Singer-songwriter Val Turner
Poet Eliot Katz

The date is 9/11 but the event is not directly related. However, when I was asked, the request came with this proviso: “I figured you might offer an interesting perspective on the anniversary.” (So much for me reading a perverted excerpt from my novel, huh?)

Note: My presentation will not be the same as in my recent talks

Please save the date and/or spread the word far and wide
