Humans promptly circle like vultures

I was perusing a catalog for the Learning Annex when, as advertised, I did some learning. I got a lesson about what happens when someone—whether it’s bad luck or bad planning—ends up losing their home. According to a Learning Annex class called “How to Profit from the Foreclosure Boom" his or fellow humans promptly circle like vultures.

Remember: “Foreclosure rates are at an all-time high” and, with some “fast cosmetic changes,” you can profit from this “boom” ... yet somehow help “people who are in desperate situations.”

Full disclosure: Years ago, I taught two classes at the Learning Annex. One was about becoming a writer (insert laugh track here); the other had to do with vegetarianism. I think I made a combined total of about $50.
