We discovered two odd coincidences

Once upon a time...

As I stood on the subway platform waiting for a Queens-bound train, I noticed a woman waiting for a downtown train. She was in her 40’s, attractive, petite and, uh...well, she was well endowed (as they say). I tell you this because she looked an awful lot like a former client of mine (In the name of discretion, we’ll call her “L."). The day I started training L., besides realizing we were the exact same age, we also discovered two odd coincidences. First of all, she was a member of the Vertical Club back when I worked there. So, even though we couldn’t place each other, the odds are we crossed paths many a time (as good looking as she is now, I can only imagine I would’ve noticed a twenty-something version of her). Next, when talking about music, L. and I realized we had both attended a 1978 Rolling Stones concert in Philadelphia. In the massive Veteran’s Stadium, it’s unlikely she and I were within even 500 yards of each other but again, it was fun to imagine us at 18 exchanging a flirty glance.

The End
