Zimbabwe's 15 minutes

As promised, I got Greg Elich to offer his thoughts on the recent elections in Zimbabwe:

Of course, this is just a tiny part of a much larger discussion. My top priority in asking Greg these questions was to demonstrate how in the Western media merry-go-round, rotating nations get their 15 minutes. Issues are simplified, humans are demonized (if necessary), and it’s never in doubt that the U.S. has good intentions. Take the Zimbabwe situation and multiply it across the globe...and American myopia starts to make sense.
